First off it is actually just a few tables at the front of Monte Carlo Inn and there is nothing Italian about the place or menu! The kitchen is also off site.

We ordered a special - the crab cakes & shrimp/scallop skewer as well as the atlantic salmon. Starter caesar was just okay.

Crab cakes (2) - were blended to MUSH & had no crab pieces in them. Then deep fried over done. YUCK. Skewer was undercooked. Nothing was edible. $17 for this?!?

Salmon - wasn't bad but cooked very 'well done'. Veggies/potatoes were overcooked but edible. At a $25 price I expected much more/better.

The only saving grace was a very nice/good waitress. But she could not save the food which was terrible. Bill came to $60 before tip, craziness!

Did not enjoy the food at all. i am not a fan of pre-frozen shrimp kebobs ,and frozen salmon the color of pink chewing gum and about the same texture. I found the minestrone soup far too much flavour of dried herbs and the pregnant pasta in the soup was a turn off. i would not write home about a frozen cheesecake either...do they make anything there from scratch at all...not impressed , save your money there is a Tim's just around the corner with good donuts and good coffee.
